Tsakane Wilderness Trail Camp compromises four dome safari tents, complete with comfortable camp furnishings, an open-air shower, flush chemical toilet, central lapa and boma.
The idea is to afford guests the opportunity to enhance their wilderness experience by providing informative ecological information that is uniquely blended with a 'life' experience.
Mark Robinson (46) has some 20 years guiding experience, sixteen of which has been in the Kruger National Park. Mark is very knowledgeable on almost all ecological, environmental and geological subjects and is highly regarded by our guests.
Fritz Jacobs (43) is a professional Trail Guide and qualified forester with some 10 years guiding experience. Fritz is a borne entertainer and has substantial experience as an overlang Guide.
Clare Brey (32) was born in Chilly and has a Degree in Wildlife Management from the university of Amsterdam. Clare is a professional Field Guide and has a special interest in birlife.
Tsakane accommodation rates are fully inclusive of the following:
- All meals. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Most meals are uniquely and expertly prepared on an open fire.
- Game drives in an open-air game viewing vehicle. Game drives vary between one hour and four hours depending on the requirements
- Guided bush walks afford you the opportunity to discover the bush at close quarters.
- Our Field guides are informative and experienced.
- Tsakane evening bush braai's are a favourite while river-side picnics are a treat.
