The bedrooms all have two single beds so this house can sleep eight people. Even the pool has a lovely view of the natural coastal bush and has a safety net. The house is serviced on a daily for a nominal fee. There is D.S.T.V, all you need do is bring your own card.

The open plan lounge dining room and kitchen give you plenty  of space and the elevation of Lot 72 affords views of the Golf course and the sea beyond.

In the bush below the house, there is a family of owls and you can even hear the fish eagle cry from the lagoon.

The Lodge at Prince’s Grant is a short distance away, where you can enjoy meals in the two restaurants and have access to wifi if you so wish. You can also pick up your daily paper at the reception.

The Estate also offers a variety of Activities such as tennis, squash, canoeing and wonderful bird and bush walks.

The Golf Course have been voted one of the top 20 in the country and is both Challenging and enjoyable to play. The Mulligans bar is the perfect 19th hole to recount your game, watch sport on the big screen and have your family join you for dinner. There are often pub special such as a chicken braai, pizza evenings, spare ribs, lamb shank and many other delightful specials
