Homely hospitality awaits the traveller at the exquisite 25 Boundary Lane apartments. These self-catering units combine elegance, gorgeous sea views over the suburb of Mount Pleasant (optional) and close proximity to the airport, beaches, several restaurants, retail outlets and office parks. Each unit sleeps two adults and is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed, television, ceiling fan, and gas heater as well as a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, bar fridge and microwave. In addition, guests have access to safe parking and a private barbecue area. The rates are R250 per night per person sharing or R350 per night for a single guest. Longer-term guests may negotiate a reduced rate.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 28 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 29 - 100 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 101+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).

In addition to any cancellation fee that maybe payable above, 13.5% of the total quote price will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
