How can I refine my searches?

What if I want specific requirements?
Of course, searching for accommodation in a province could yield many listings! So you may wish to filter your search a bit more, in order to find establishments that meet your budget, your quality expectations, or even just filter them by individual towns.
We have made this easy and unobtrusive to do, using our 'Refine your Search' feature, pictured below.

The 'Refine your Search' feature is nestled above any search results that are listed from your search query. It is hidden away, so as not to be in the way, but if you click on 'show options', you are presented with various options to filter your search.
- Filter by name: If you know part of the name, you can include it here.
- Keywords: This allows you to search for key words within the descriptions of the establishments. For example, an establishment might highlight themselves as a perfect spot for whale watching. Typing 'whale watching' here will show establishments like that.
- Type of Establishment: If necessary, specify which type of establishment you are looking for.
- Province & Town/City: Filter your results further by selecting a province and a town/city from the lists.
- Minimum / Maximum Stars: Specify a quality range you are looking for with the minimum and maximum star rating system.
- Maximum Budget (ZAR): Specify the highest amount (in South African Rands) that you are willing to spend in order to filter out establishments that don't suit your budget!
Click on 'Search' once you've made any adjustments and the site will re-search based on your requirements!
TIP: Click on the blue question marks next to the fields to find out more information about that specific field!
