• Why SouthAfricaRent?
  SouthAfricaRent has just re-launched the website and our response, along with the traffic to our site, has been exceptional. We are actively marketing the site and our goal is to climb up on the pages of search engines so that we may be listed first. We pride ourselves with the ease and manageability of the site – other competitors sites are confusing and hard to navigate. SouthAfricaRent satisfy’s the tourist-visitor and the accommodation owner. We are also actively involved in helping BBE and social responsibility projects. This sets us aside from competitors; we are an individual company and not merely another website company.
• What do I get when is sign up with SouthAfricaRent?
  Firstly you get a 1 year free listing (valued at R750). SouthAfricaRent allows you to promote and advertise your establishment/company. You can upload photos, logo, accreditations, rates, descriptions, contact details, map + directions, facilities and activities…. - (basically a mini website)
• What’s the catch with the FREE listing?
  There is no catch what-so-ever. However, we would appreciate a reciprocal link, this benefits you as it pushes you higher up on  the search engines. It also benefits SouthAfricaRent as it pushes us higher in the search engine and thus allowing your site to be more likely to be found.
• Do you have conservancy options?
  We like to promote small areas that are trying to promote their conservancy project. We would like to help you succeed. We can help organise a package deal (list you establishment individually) for you and other establishments to list with us. We will also advertise your conservancy on your/our region on the map. Many people search for places to stay and visit using the map, so we can offer you a write-up about your conservancy which will be located on the overview and highlights page of the region. We can also put a link on the site that will take people to your establishments and/or your conservancy website.
• Why must I list with another website?
  SouthAfricaRent is not just another website, we are actively marketing and promoting our website. We aim to be on the top of most/all search engines. The more you list the more exposure you will receive. This will benefit you and your establishment.
• How long does it take to sign-up?
  It is a quick and simple process to sign up; it will only take around 30minutes to sign up/list your establishment. We developed a simple and easy process that decreases the time needed to list your establishment. If you need any help or are experiencing any problems – we are more then willing to help you, you can e.g.; e-mail photos to me and I can upload them for you.
• Why is it so expensive? R750?
  Our pricing is extremely competitive and R750 is extremely good value for money for what we offer. We don’t even include a start-up fee like most competitors do. Its between R750 and R600 (excluding vat) for the whole year, that's 12 months listing for a minimal price, and one booking can pay for a whole year.
• What makes SouthAfricaRent different from other websites? SouthAfricaRent is actively promoting this website. We don’t just do accommodation; we offer a tourism website (we include tours, car rental, travel tips…). Therefore a tourist/ visitor can use our all-encompassing website and wont need to go to another portal. We are easy to use and navigate. Many competitors sites don’t offer all that we do, and most that do – their site is hard to navigate through.
• I have too much exposure, why more?
  You can never have too much exposure. And one would rather have more exposure then too little. If you are worried about too many bookings over high season, you can write up on your site that high season is fully booked.  And use this listing to promote your business in the off-season. This will help your bookings for the all-year round period. Exposure will benefit you in the long-run as many Guest Houses are continuously forming/signing up all the time. This will keep you one step ahead of your current and future competitors.
• I have a website already, why advertise more?
  The more you advertise the more exposure you will get. Also, we offer the opportunity to do a reciprocal link which means that through this link we will help to push your website up on the search engine. Our listing allows you to list your website and visitors can click on this and be directed to your link, which will take them to your site.
• How do people find my establishment?
  Many people do a general search for accommodation in South Africa, and SouthAfricaRent will come up as a portal to use. Visitors can use SouthAfricaRent to find and view accommodation establishments. There are many different ways that visitors can search with to find your establishment – advanced search, name search, region search, establishment type search. Your establishment will then be listed and they can click on it and make a booking directly with you.
• What’s my control over my listing?
  Firstly, there are no commission charges. You can edit and update your listing as often as you would like. This means you have total control over your site. We can help you in any way that you like.
